• Michael updated trigger algorithm
• DOE needs more information about what we are doing
  • Time-line (similar to our short term goals) for goals upto 3 years with additional man power accounted
    • Factor in JLab and users working on current running experiments that may affect SoLID contribution
    • Extract man power information from pre-CDR task lists to put into separate document
  • Our current time-line is for short term goals for complete JLab review (pre-CDR follow-up)
  • Supplemental grant based on our document for SoLID Pre-R&D not until at least after next presidential election
    • DOE has to satisfy with information submitted
    • How soon we can submit the document?
    • We have lot of time overhead at lab management and at the DOE when we cycle grant information document
  • A budget form for DOE grant applications from each group (request from DOE?)
