- PVDIS ECAL Trigger Update by Rakitha
- From pre-CDR the PVDIS ECAL Trigger rate is 8.7 MHz (290 kHZ per sector)
- Using Hall D generator for pions and EM background using Geant4 the PVDIS ECAL Trigger rate is 4.8 MHz (161 kHZ per sector)
- I will give a complete summary of the analysis in the simulation meeting
- I'm working now to get the trigger curves for hall D backgrounds

- Update GEM R&D work Nilanga's group has in to wiki? or tech note?
- Low energy charge particle background response based on cosmics and beam studies
- Photon response based on x-ray studies
- Zhiwen will provide a list of parameters used in the code for GEM digitization and Nilanga can provide updated number for these parameters
