=Configuration changes during winter break=
*Detector configuration change
**FASPD was taken out (it was not producing signal)
**two more GEM chambers were added 
**shielding was added in front of the first GEM chamber
**new scintillators were added or replaced

*DAQ and readout system
**Summing modules were added that allowed triggering on Shower Sum
**Amplifiers (x10) were added to many of the scintillator channels (CHerenkov already had amplifiers during low rate run) 
**Discriminator thresholds are now remotely controlled
